5.Donation & Payment Security

All donation transactions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Phoenix Paw Foundation never stores your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. Donation records (name, amount, date) are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by IRS regulations for 501(c)(3) organizations. We will send you a donation receipt by email for your tax records.

6.Email Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or program updates, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send. We use Mailchimp to manage our email list. Mailchimp's privacy policy is available at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy. We will never send you unsolicited commercial email. Our communications are limited to nonprofit program updates, child safety alerts, event announcements, and impact reports.

7.Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Phoenix Paw Foundation's mission includes protecting children online. We take children's privacy extremely seriously. Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Our Phoenix Paw Shields Ambassador program is open to youth ages 13 and older; participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent.
